About the project

This case study explores the success story of an undisclosed brand that partnered with our advertising management services in January 2023. Prior to our involvement, the brand's monthly sales were stagnant at $5,000, with a return on ad spend (ROAS) of 2. This case study highlights how our omni channel advertising approach, strategic media planning, and content marketing initiatives led to significant improvements in sales and ROAS within just three months.

Project execution  

The primary objective of our engagement with the brand was to increase sales and improve ROAS. The specific goals were as follows:

  • Increase monthly sales from $5,000 to a higher figure.
  • Improve the ROAS from 2 to a more favorable value.
  • Leverage omni channel advertising to reach a wider audience.
  • Develop and execute a media plan that aligns with the brand's target market.
  • Utilize user-generated content (UGC) to enhance brand engagement and improve ROAS.

To achieve the objectives, we implemented the following strategies and executed them accordingly:

a. Omni Channel Advertising: We adopted an omni channel advertising approach, combining multiple digital marketing channels such as social media, search engine marketing, display advertising, and email marketing. This allowed us to reach the brand's target audience through various touchpoints, maximizing brand exposure and driving higher sales.

b. Media Planning: We conducted in-depth market research to identify the brand's target audience and their preferred media consumption habits. Based on this research, we developed a comprehensive media plan that involved allocating ad budgets strategically across different platforms and optimizing ad placements for maximum reach and impact.

c. Content Marketing: Recognizing the importance of content in driving engagement and conversions, we emphasized content marketing over traditional audience marketing approaches. We created high-quality, relevant, and engaging content that resonated with the brand's target audience. Additionally, we leveraged UGC to enhance authenticity and build trust, leading to higher ROAS.

Results:

a. By March 2023, the brand's monthly sales had increased from $5,000 to $25,000. This significant growth of 400% demonstrated the effectiveness of our strategies in expanding the brand's customer base and driving more conversions.

b. The initial ROAS of 2 was enhanced to an average ROAS of 3.2. This improvement of 60% showcased the success of our advertising campaigns in generating a higher return on the brand's advertising investment.
